My topic is cyberbullying.  Some key areas of discussion include the definition of bullying and cyberbullying, how cyberbullying is different from bullying, the effects of it, what students should do, and ways to prevent it.  My target users are high school students.  This topic is important because many students are bullied through text messages, social networking sites, chat rooms, etc.  The students should learn the effects of cyberbullying and what they should do if they or someone else they know is a victim of it.  The overall goal is to bring more awareness to cyberbullying and help prevent it from happening.  I will use images, video clips, and other such techniques to engage the learner.
